We appreciate you choosing to shop LD Linens and Décor and hope to continue to be the first place you choose to shop when buying gifts, clothing, home décor, drapes, bedding and furniture for your home. We want shopping with us to be a pleasure. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchases. However, in the event you are not satisfied with you purchase, please simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
At LD Linens and Décor, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture/lighting we offer our customers. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance and we strive to ensure that all furniture that leaves the store is in excellent condition. At the time of pick up, the customer will be asked to sign a merchandise release form acknowledging responsibility for the furniture once it leaves our premises. If the furniture was picked up or delivered in the original manufacturer’s packaging, we ask that the furniture be inspected as soon as it arrives in your home. If in the rare event you discover any defect in manufacturer we ask that you notify us by email within 48 hours with pictures and a description of the defect to our customer service representative at Katherine.ldlinens@gmail.com so that we may promptly begin working with the manufacturer to resolve.
